RENEWAL KIT
This transformation of a volume built 1990s split level beach house includes a series of fixes relevant to upcycling our existing houses into energy efficient spaces that connect us with people, sun, sky, breezes and trees.
Originally a small weekender, the building is renewed inside and out to become a contemporary permanent family residence with north orientation and zoned spaces for living, working and creating.
Openings are positioned to extend views out into the landscape, and windows, insulation and building services are upgraded to contemporary energy efficiency standards.
